International Call Center
Responsibilities:
- Generate consistent sales and profit growth
- Provide performance analytics, identification of market trends
- Drive the continuous innovation and optimization for marketing strategy
- Provide strategies and tactics for the field sales representatives, and
- Establish innovative methods for addressing brand awareness and brand loyalty to the market
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma / Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
- 1 Year experience in Call Center is preferable
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong communication skills using English.
- Willing to work on an early morning shift.
- Overseas graduates are preferred
- Willing to work on the night shift
- ABILITY TO SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY IS A MUST
