Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Maximum age 40 years old
• A graduate from Legal/ Psychology/ Management
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR & Legal Department
• A team player, with strong leadership and communication skill
• Deep understanding of all H. R aspect such as : Compensation & benefit, Performance Management, , Recruitment & Selection, especially in Training & Development
• Great ability to make sure all the H.R & Legal system, structure and its working process are in line with the Company's strategic goals
• Excellent in English (written and spoken) is a must
